Teleactive is a leading designer and developer of touch screens systems. Teleactive installs touch sensitive overlays for existing LCD or plasma displays.
Touchscreen technology is used across a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, tourism, retail, real estate and public information. Major applications include digital signage, directory information and wayfinding, wildlife exhibits, retail displays, digital whiteboards, interactive education, trade shows, real estate advertising, exhibitions, and many more.
Teleactive strives to deliver the best in high-value, low-priced products. Our through-glass touch frames are used to touch enable glass surfaces in locations such as shop windows or showrooms. These solutions allow you to provide interactive displays of information to customers around the clock, even when the shop or showroom is busy or unattended. The electronics are secure inside the building.
For a robust, sophisticated solution in a public environment, Teleactive's through-glass interactive touch solution is the ideal technology. The technology provides full mouse functionality, allowing the user to drive a software application simply by touching the screen. In addition to the central display, you can provide an off-screen area for items such as buttons, icons and navigation keys.
The system provides all the benefits of optical touch technology:- Clear glass for maximum image clarity.
- Accurate touch sensitivity
- Light touch—no pressure required.
- Any touch method can be used—finger, gloved hand or pointer
Note: These touch screens should not be installed in direct sunlight. If the location of the installation is unavoidably in sunlight, then a roof or awning should be installed above the display as part of the design. Sunlight shining onto the touch screen does affect performance.
